What You’ll Do

  • Create engaging digital assets, including static and motion graphics, for marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Develop compelling video content tailored for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine design strategies.
  • Stay up to date with design and video editing trends to keep our content fresh and innovative.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance-based design strategies.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

 

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with viral video creation and performance-based marketing.
  • Motion graphics expertise for dynamic animations.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

If your portfolio captures our interest, we’ll move to the next step – a test task or project. This provides us with a deeper understanding of your practical skills, problem-solving ability, and how you approach tasks related to the role you’ve applied for.

PEOPLE MANAGER INTERVIEW

Successful completion of the test task leads to a one-on-one interview with our People Manager. This conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know you better – your ambitions, values, and how you work within a team.

PROJECT MANAGER INTERVIEW

Next, you’ll meet with the Project Manager. They will further delve into your technical skills, your fit within the specific project, and your ability to contribute to our team’s goals.

PROVISIONAL PERIOD

Upon a successful interview process, you’ll enter a provisional period where you’ll work part-time (10 to 20 hours per week). This phase gives us time to observe your performance, adaptability, and synergy with our team before your final confirmation.
